Make Yourself More Fashionable With This Advice

Many people are a bit confused when it comes to fashion. When you take the time to learn a bit, you’ll find that it’s not hard to be fashionable. This article can help you build up that fashion sense.

Purses can make or break any outfit. If you must carry other bags besides your purse, be sure the bags complement each other. Your purse needs to match laptop case or briefcase if needed for the same occasion. Two bags should never be carried at a time.

Keep up with the latest styles. Magazines can help you see what is on the runway right now. These are the best places to look for up and coming styles and the latest fashion trends.

When it come to fashionable hair accessories, there are many options to choose from. Accessories for your hair include scrunchies in a myriad of colors and fabrics, headbands, elegant barrettes, and even clip-on hair extensions. No matter the length of your hair, be sure to include some hair accessories in your wardrobe for every occasion. For instance, if you are going for a sporty look, match a ponytail holder to your track suit for a great look and practicality. If you are heading out with friends, add a matching headband to your outfit.

If you are unhappy with your shape, wearing a dark top with a dark bottom could help. Dark colors help emphasize your good parts and tone down the overweight extras you don’t want people to notice. Seek out apparel with elastic bands so that you will feel good in what you are wearing.

Before getting ready to throw out your beauty products, use every last ounce of it. For products that come in tubes, use the small devices meant for toothpaste tubes to squeeze out the last bit. You can turn a bottle on the side or upside down to help you get all the product out. You can even take the top off to get the last bit of it. Getting these additional applications will extend your products, saving you cash.

To some people, fashion is just about clothing, but in reality, there is more to it. Your hair also plays a huge role in the way you look. Taking the time to find the right hair products for your hair will help ensure that the quality of your hair style keeps pace with your fashion sense.

For boots and sandals, go with wedged heels. They help shorter women add some height to their frame and they also elongate the body, making you look like you weight less. They look especially good when created from natural fibers such as wood, cork or wicker.

Don’t wear the latest style if it won’t look good on you. What looks hot on a model may not look as good on you. Use your own taste as a guideline instead of blindly following fashion magazines. Trust in your own instincts. They aren’t going to let you down.

If you make real efforts to use everything you learned from this article today, you should have an easier time with fashion. You aren’t going to have the same fashion sense as everyone that you cross paths with, but there is nothing wrong with that.

  1. Know that your body shape should play a role in the fashion styles you wear. Is your body shaped like an orange, pear, hourglass or straight up and down? Which shape you are will change which clothes look best on you.

  2. Do you wear mascara? Avoid pumping the applicator in and out. This could trap air inside, and does not get more mascara on the brush. This action will increase bacteria, which you will be putting on your skin. To be sure that the brush has a solid coat on it, swirl the brush inside the bottle.

  3. Solids look better on people with a few extra pound. If you happen to be a plus size, use dark colors to minimize your silhouette and give you a smaller appearance. If you are small, wear bright clothes to seem larger to other people.

  4. Ornate skirts actually blend very well with simple and plain t-shirts. If you want to make a fashion statement by underselling something, try a plain tee with an ornate bottom. Don’t pick a shirt that is too bright though; you do not want it to clash with your skirt.

  5. Everyone keeps saying they miss Nicki and Gabi! I do love Nicki and Gabi too. They both literally have two completely different styles but they both have great sense of style also. I dont think the new girls suck though, you have to give them credit for picking an outfit out in 30 seconds & then throwing a twist in & having to re create it a second time with what they've got. When you think about it that way, they do a pretty good job. Thats my opinion though. I keep seeing a lot of girls commenting & i quote "the new girls tastes are horrible". This bothers me considering the whole point to this game is to rush & throw together a stylish outfit as best , fast as you can in 30 to 60 seconds with a twist throw in. People are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too judgemental & over a video! Who cares!! If some people dont like it, then why do they keep watching it! You know what I mean? Im not even a big fan of this stuff, at all but I couldn't help but put this out there, because people have to pick at anything & everything they can. I guess they forgot that they're not perfect either. . .no one is. Everyone is different! Super long rant. . .OVER. lol

  6. I deff think Courtney won. Roxette"s would have been cool with a different top. The top she had on with the denim jacket would have been really cute with some distressed jeans or maybe even some cute jeggings to make it that comfy casual study sess. vibe! The sweat pants just don't go well with that top at all, but thats my opinion.
